Easy Appetizer Recipe: Three Cheese Peperoncini Toasts

**

Happy Monday, everybody! This weekend I decided to try out some new easy appetizer recipes as part of my plan to get organized for the holidays.

I’m excited to share this recipe for Three Cheese Pepperoncini Toasts with you because they’re incredibly delicious but take so little time—just ten minutes or less to prep for the oven. Seriously, my husband and I both ended up eating waaay too many of these.

They make a great entertaining recipe because you can prep them earlier in the day, stash them in the fridge covered with some plastic wrap, and then pop them in the oven just before your guests arrive.

Here’s how to make them:

Easy Appetizer Recipes: Three Cheese Peperoncini Toasts

Ingredients

  • 1 thin baguette
  • 1 10-oz. container of Stonemill Kitchens Three Cheese Peperoncini Dip

 Preparation Directions

Step 1: preheat the oven to 425°F.

Step 2: cut the baguette into thin slices about ¼” – ½” thick. Lay the slices on a baking sheet.

Step 3: using two spoons, drop about a teaspoon of dip onto each slice and then spread it to cover the slice. Repeat with each slice.

Step 4: bake on the middle rack of the oven at 425°F until browned, about 15 minutes. (Check at about 12 minutes.) Serve warm.

PS–these would also make a great tailgate party recipe!
